Project Manager

CRG is actively seeking high-energy, positive, team-oriented, professionals to join our CRG360 Project Management Team. Applicants should be experienced in managing multiple phases of the digital litigation support life cycle as it relates to Forensics, E-Discovery, Digital Document Review and Digital Document Production. Position also requires a high level of attention to detail, organization and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day communication with clients regarding their CRG360 project.
  • Leading proactive planning meetings with clients, in order to create custom project policies and procedures that meet client’s expectations while using best practices to leverage CRG’s software tools.
  • Support the CRG sales team to develop a Statement of Work (SOW) for each project.
  • Proactively working with all departments involved in the project life cycle.
  • Tracking delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, meeting of deadlines and managing changes in work scope.
  • Conducting web-based and on-site training for law firm and corporate customers.
  • Prompt and proactive communication to all parties (internal and external) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible work schedule to support customers in different time zones in the US.

Qualifications: (in addition to those listed above)

  • College degree or equivalent experience (a combination of paralegal and technical background is ideal).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office software, common email systems, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with one or more software packages such as Summation, Concordance, or other web-based review tools is a plus.
  • 1 - 2 year experience with electronic discovery firms or litigation support groups at law firms.

Account Manager

E-Discovery / litigation support Account Manager. CRG is looking for a technically proficient, ambitious, honest and energetic Sr. Account Manager. Duties:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities and relationships within a territory of large Law firms/corporations.
  • Sell our entire line of Electronic Data Discovery services - with a focus on data conversion and digital document imaging
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients - both existing and new. Generate new business within accounts and follow up on leads and prospects.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through team interaction and training sessions to keep up to date with the latest industry advancements.
  • Work in a very team based, friendly and energetic environment while achieving goals and quotas. Provide the absolute highest level of customer service to your clients.

Skills/Qualifications:

Litigation Support Industry experience strongly preferred, but will train right individual. In addition to solid sales fundamentals, candidate should have motivation, integrity, and strong computer skills.
